Refunds and Cancellations Policy

Cancelations

Each Adventure Dungeon Contract has a deadline for cancellation and refund processing for both the deposit and the final payment. If you would like to request a cancellation prior to your cancellation deadline, contact The Adventure Dungeon here.

The Adventure Dungeon will respond to your request by phone as soon as possible for confirmation of cancellation and process your refund within 3-5 business days.

Emergency Cancelations

If for any reason you need to cancel your Adventure Dungeon Experience after the Cancellation Deadline in your contract, you may do so up to 3 hours before your scheduled Session start time by contacting your Adventure Dungeon GM directly. In the event that you need to cancel your Adventure Dungeon Experience within the Emergency Cancellation window, you will not be responsible for paying the remaining balance indicated by your contract, but you would not be eligible for a refund of your deposit.

Refunds

At the end of each Adventure Dungeon Experience, our Adventure Dungeon GM’s will hold a brief End of Session Meeting with the contract holder to discuss and take notes on any issues that arose. Due to the nature of Tabletop Roleplaying, the experiences provided by The Adventure Dungeon are highly influenced by the participants of the event. The Adventure Dungeon GM’s are experienced and professional, and will do their best to work with you before and during your Adventure Dungeon Experience.

If you are unsatisfied with your Adventure Dungeon experience for any reason, please bring this up to your Adventure Dungeon GM at your End of Session Meeting and they will do their upmost to come up with a solution to meet your needs. This may include additional time in your session, discounts for future Adventure Dungeon Experiences, or partial/full refunds of your final payment amount.

After your Adventure Dungeon Experience, you will receive a feedback form. Please use this form to indicate any issues you had that were discussed with your Adventure Dungeon GM within 72 hours of your Adventure Dungeon Experience. Adventure Dungeon will then reach out to you with any further questions.

If you submit a feedback form with a request for a refund over an issue that was not discussed with your Adventure Dungeon GM during your End of Session Meeting, you will not be eligible for a refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us directly at adventuredungeondms@gmail.com.

Digital Product Refunds

At this time, we do not provide refunds for purchases made of Digital Products purchased directly through TheAdventureDungeon.com.

Substance Policy

If indicated in your Adventure Dungeon Event Request Form that any participants of the event would be consuming alcohol and/or if participants were consuming excessive alcohol or other mind altering substances during your Adventure Dungeon Event, potential refund requests may be subject to more scrutiny. This is not to say that you cannot receive a Refund if you have a legitimate concern or complaint, but rather that if the issue arose due to participants use of such substances, a refund may not be issued.

If any participant in an Adventure Dungeon Experience is under the influence of any illegal substance during the Session, our Game Master’s reserve the right to cancel the session at any time without issuing a refund.
